Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return process: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., Inflated balloons, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
